·         4000  mAH battery
·         Android 4 Ice Cream Sandwich upgradeable to Jelly Bean

Verdict : The Galaxy Tab 2 loses out to the Nexus 7 in almost every performance test, but there are two things that work in its favour. First, on-the-go 3G connectivity is a big deal, and it changes how you use a tablet. Second, microSD storage is a big plus point – once you start downloading those magazines and movies from the Play Store, you’ll be surprised how fast memory gets filled up. However, be prepared for underwhelming battery life, especially when you start using it with a 3G connection

4 Geek Tips To Up Your Windows 8 Experience

Modern Start Screen

The biggest grouse people have against windows 8 is it newStart Screen thats made up of large tiles. This interface works well with thetouch screen but many mouse users would rather get to the desktop straightaway.Of course ,you can still access the desktop by clicking on th tile. But ifyou want to skip this extra step altogether use SKIP METRO SUIT.
Run the app (no insatllation needed),and check the SKIPSTART SCREEN option, and you’re done. After this your pc will restart.

Cut The Ribbon

The file explorer in Windows 8 uses the ribboninterface, first used in Microsoft Office 2007.This means that when you clickonfile ,for instance it opens a bar with various options, instead of a drop downmenu. If you want the older interface, use RIBBON DISABLER.After downloadingit, run the software and select DISABLE RIBBON EXPLORER .If you want the ribbon back ,you can use the same toolto enable it.

Bring back the start button

You would now like the familiar start button back from whereyou can search for programs and files, launch programs, shutdown the computerand access folders like My Documents .Well, use ClassicShell .After you installthe program ,you can choose between three options : Windows Classic, WindowsXP, Windows
vista/7.Select  the one youwant and you are good to go.

Super Calculator

The calculator tool in windows 8 has some nifty features.Sadly its all hidden away .To access these power options, go to the VIEW menu tofind modes for scientific calculations, programming and statistics. But that’snot all. Your Windows 8 calculator also comes with a built in conversion function and it can also be used to calculate the difference between two dates in years, months, weeks and days.

Google I/O: My predictions.

So Google I/O is just around the corner . Everybody is expecting it to be as awesome as last year's. Lat year's I/O was a huge success , the company introduced a range of new products including the nexus and  the nexus  7. I personally think it won't be as good as last year's which I'll tell you below. I'll divide this blog in three  parts-smartphone, Tablet and  and Operating System.

Smartphone

Don't keep your hopes high as Google is probably not releasing a new smartphone this year. According to a sidhtech Google might just be release a 32 GB variant of the nexus 4.It is rumored to have 4G LTE connectivity and it will now support GSM and CDMA bands. This means that now various carriers will be able to sell the device. I think it is a bad move as it will only make the process of updating the phone to a newer version more complicated and late. I Liked the idea of selling the phone unlocked but this is one step away from it.
This is the first reason of Google I/O being flop.No new smartphone.

Tablet

I am pretty sure that google will be unveiling a successor of the Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 but till now there have been no leaks regarding new tablets so I really can't tell anything about it.
It can either make The show a success or Add to ruin it.

Operating system: Key lime pie (Android 5.0)

I think Google's highlight of the show will be android 5.0 key lime pie. It will be very Innovative , this I can tell from my Past experience that google doesn't release an OS Just like That.

These are My thoughts on Google I/O.I might be Right I might be wrong.WE'll know that after a month.LEt us know about what are your predictions in the comments sections below.

The iPhone 6 : Revolutionary screen

Apple recently filed a  patent that describes a mobile device with a display that extends over the side of the phone. This definitely isn't the iPhone 5s about which we posted in our last blog check it out here:
http://techtonicteens.blogspot.in/2013/04/leaked-alleged-low-cost-rear-shell.html
T3 published a video that conceptualizes an iPhone with a wrap around display. If it was real it would have a unbelievably insane 1615 x 1800 pixel resolution.
Here is the video:
This isn't real, which for sure we can confirm but it shows how creative can Apple and Technology in general be We hope to see such technology in future..Give us your opinion on the concept "iPhone 6" and let us know in the comment section below.

Google Earth Murder Mystery Debunked

Whoa, Did Google Maps Just Reveal a Bloody Gruesome Murder?

A few days ago a Redditor "ncav"posted a Google earth picture which took the internet by storm. The caption read "A murder near my house on Google maps, link in comments"

The first thing that came to the fried movie watching mind was "Are these guys dumping a body in the river,Did the person mob boss's daughter or the boss himself,or probably the person owed some gambling debt".
The mystery was thoroughly debunked by the the site none other than the site that spurred it in the beginning. This was what the community did :
Start by going to somewhere on Google Maps, say, http://goo.gl/maps/t4sph
Zoom in as far as it will let you by clicking on the “+” sign at the top of the magnification slider at the top left of the map.
When you’re in as far as you can go (heh/sorry) but not all the way to street view (if the location you’re looking at even has street view), look over at the white space just to the top left of the map….where the little printer and chain link buttons are.
Click on the chain “link” button. That will show you a box with a long URL to the map you are looking at and another box with some HTML code to embed. Ignore the HTML code.
Copy the long URL and paste it into your browser’s address bar, but don’t hit enter to go to that URL yet. Instead, click to edit it and scroll all the way to the right. It should end with something like “&z=22″. Change the 22 to 23 (“&z=23″) and hit enter. If Google Maps has imagery at that higher zoom level, it will show it to you.
Well I gave it a shot and yes it works.
After intense scrutiny, the community determined that this wasn’t a crime scene at all, but a perfectly innocent outing. What looked like a body and a bloody trail is actually just a wet pooch that streaked some water behind him. To help explain what’s going on, the community offers a couple of diagrams that map out the action:

Then there are further cement things like there were other people of cycling if a murder had been taking place this probably would not have been the scenario for obvious reasons.Hence the murder mystery is solved or rather disapproved.

iOS 7 : What I want to see?

We are only a month away from Apple's developer's conference where apple will show us a newer version of iOS which is being developed under Jonathan Ive  . It is rumored to be a complete makeover of iOS . Apple has to really nail it with iOS 7 after many users are complaining that iOS is becoming stale and is lacking innovation. On the other hand android is really innovating at a lightning fast speed . Coming to the the topic here are the innovations I would like to see.

User Interface

iOS is very user friendly and easy to use but it has not really evolved over time.I want it to have widgets . They make the OS look a hell lot better. And also Live wallpapers ,although they drain battery quickly they look very nice , You probably must have seen one in a android phone.I also want apple to introduce some app like barrel. For those who don't know it basically allows you to customize the way we swipe from one screen to the other.

Hiding stock

If you have used iOS you probably know what I am talking about. Message to apple- "Hey apple I do not use apps like Stocks, passbook and newsstand. Please let me delete them". comment if you are also sick of not being able to delete stock apps.

 Customizable keyboard

Android provides user to choose from a variety of keyboards.like swipe ,it is a matter of personal preference .I personally like customization.what about you?

Here are some things that I personally  want any other new feature is welcome.Am I Missing something? Lt us know in the comment section below. Your participation helps a lot.

Leaked : Alleged Low Cost iPhone's Rear Shell

Leaked : Alleged Low Cost iPhone's Rear Shell

Currently the market is flourished with android smartphones of every price range . To survive the competition
in the budget segment apple is developing a low cost iPhone (supposedly the iPhone 5s).
Now we have the first look at what may in fact be the new iPhone.
Spotted by case manufacturer Tactus apparently during a factory tour of a plant that provides parts to Foxconn, the shell shown is a poly-carbonate  build, finished in white, and not dissimilar to the back casings of the iPhone 3 G and 3 GS

The source of the leak is also claiming it'll come with an A5 chip 5-megapixel rear facing camera and will come in 5 color options -black, white, blue, red and yellow. It is expected to launch on October 15 at only 300$ which will completely fire up the the market especially the Indian market with the hype of phones like  Micromax Canvas HD and Samsung Galaxy Grand .

Last week Tactus leaked a purported iPad 5 mold case.

So what do you think of the new iPhone.Would you be disappointed if Apple released an iPhone looking like that?Let us know in the comment section below..
