iPhone 5C will be a far better choice for people looking to buy an iPhone for cheap.It'll be updated to the latest iOS for atleast 3 years, So this makes your phone future proof.And who doesn't like new technology in general.According to the rumors 5C will cost around 17,000 Indian rupees so It'll cost you less than iPhone 4.No Resale value
After apple's event iPhone 4 will very likely be discontinued and will second hand iPhone will not sell for even 12k. Thats a depreciation of more than 10k.
So take my advice act smart and wait to buy a new iPhone
